Client: Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO)

On a land area of 217,330 m2 the project comprise the expansion of Asab and BAB accommodation compounds and develop SAS complex. The expansion of Asab compound comprises developing 8 accommodation clusters(474 rooms), football field with a spectator seating , Mizeeraa (coffee shop) and contractors accommodation (72 rooms) and expanding the administration area by adding workshop, clinic, in addition to providing 80 new caravans.

Scope of Work:

Acoustics Design and Consultancy

Study the general acoustic conditions and its control room by providing advice, establish design criteria and recommendations for improving the acoustic aspects of the space.
Design guidelines for controlling reverberation time, acoustics analysis and provide technical specifications of suggested materials.
Review plans & locate acoustic treatment as per drawings provided.

Audio-Visual Design

Design of latest AV- technologies available for its facilities.
Adhere to guidelines for equipment dimensions and configurations and positioning for best ergonomics & optimal performances.
Best practices commonly applied within the AV industry.
