The project is more than just an expression of a comfortable and friendly hotel environment; it is, at the same time, a practical approach towards providing the necessary high standard services to the everyday guest by offering a careful selection of self-sustained venues within the hotel dedicated to offer the needful assistance to both the guests and the casual visitors. Sustainable design is yet another feature of the project. The building is designed, detailed and constructed to carry an Estidama Sustainable compliance credential demonstrating the efforts done by the stakeholders to share the environmental responsibilities towards the surroundings and beyond.

Scope of Work:

ESTIDAMA Consultancy

• Carry out sustainability consultancy as per the following scope of work which is inclusive of all related items stipulated in the score sheet summarizing the credit points targeted to achieve 2-pearl ESTIDAMA rating and submission to obtain approval from related authorities including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and any other requirement

• Conducting integrated design processes with all different design parties involved in the design Phases, attending to all design related issues, and feeding in all sub consultants, of the Estidama requirements to achieve the 2-Pearl Estidama rating till the contract award
